the rooftop bar was a standout. it had great views and offered good value. our wedding anniversary was acknowledged with an upgrade and complimentary cake. the room was decorated with flowers creating a great surprise.
i noticed slight traffic noise in the room due to the central street location.

excellent bed professional staff unlimited food
The room was very nice. I had an excellent bed there and city view too. The breakfast buffet was AMAZING!!! The staff were all professional and friendly. I recommend the Carlton Club Room. It included access to the Club Lounge. This lounge offers unlimited food and drinks plus a nice city view.
The gym is a little small.

The swimming pool was a very nice feature. The staff by the pool were particularly helpful. I found the service provided by Jame, Earth, Joe, and Porsche really good. The location is prime and convenient.
